The proposal of the Russian peacekeepers may result in the freezing of the conflict.
The United States and Russia cannot agree on the question of deployment of peacekeepers in the Donbass, said the permanent representative of Ukraine to the United Nations Volodymyr Yelchenko.
According to the diplomat, the Ukrainian side with the partners insists that the peacekeeping forces were located throughout the occupied territory of Donbass.
Russia also requires that peacekeepers were only along the line of breeding.
“This will lead to a further freezing of the conflict. This item is crucial. It is for him, as I understand it, and can not yet find an understanding of the US and Russia”, – concluded Yelchenko.
