The military Prosecutor’s office withdrew charges against demobilized fighters ATO of the 92nd brigade on the case of the execution of mobile group Andrew Galushchenko in the Luhansk region in 2015. This was announced by the lawyer who represented the interests of the demobilized fighters Igor Chernyak on his page in Facebook.
“Today was officially cleared of all suspicion soldiers with the 92nd brigade in the criminal case about execution of the mobile group of volunteer Andrew. Still, something is changing in our country, if the military are willing to admit and correct own mistakes. Yes, it is a victory!!! Thank you all for your help and support. Justice and truth are worth fighting for!!! All the details – after returning to Kharkov!”, – wrote on his page Igor Cherniak.
The tragedy that happened September 2, 2015 near the city Happiness of the Luhansk region was no accident. The mobile group, which worked as a volunteer Andrew Andrew Galushchenko, together with representatives of law enforcement agencies hit a land mine. As claimed by the defense, Alexander, Svidro had an alibi – at the time of the explosion, he was in position together with colleagues. In September 2016, the Prosecutor’s office of the ATO forces has suspended the investigation into the shooting of Andrew. And in November 2017 with Alexander Svidro and Pavel Dolzhenko was cleared of all charges.
