On the morning of 23 September in the centre of the occupied Donetsk were heard two explosions.
One of them was blown up by a car which was so-called “Minister of income and fees” “DNR” Alexander Timofeev, better known by the nickname “Tashkent”.
The explosion, which occurred about 9:20 on the prospect of Peace in the center of Donetsk, was injured at least eight people.
Donetsk media reports that “Tashkent” after the explosion, survived, but in critical condition was taken to hospital.
After this incident, the leader of the militants of the so-called “DNR” Alexander Zakharchenko immediately decided to increase the number of his guards.
Separatist media spread a video of the explosion.
