The UN published a ranking of countries where people live happier and longer. First place was taken by Norway, whose inhabitants, according to the experts who live better than others.
The rating was compiled as part of the annual research 2016 Human Development Report.
During the work experts analyzed data on 197 countries, taking into account a number of criteria, among which the standard of living and education, a sense of happiness, the guarantee of rights and freedoms, as well as others.
In second place is Australia, and closes the three leaders of Switzerland. Also in the top ten included Germany, Denmark, Singapore, Netherlands, Ireland, Iceland and Canada.
Ukraine appears in the list at position 84, Georgia 70, Belarus – 52-th position and Russia at the 49th.
