Film festival Director Pavel Ostrikov presented his short film “Release 97”.
The Director announced today, August 12 on his page in Facebook.
“Good news! Our film Issue 97 won best international short film award of the Junior jury at the Festival of Locarno, ” wrote Ostrikov.

Locarno film festival – international film festival, held annually in August in Locarno, Switzerland since 1946. Locarno film festival is one of the oldest.
