“The Minsk agreement spelled out so that everyone interprets them differently. This document has exhausted itself. It has no support in the Ukrainian society. The problem is that no one is willing to offer something new,” said spike.
According to him, that is why all continue to repeat the mantra about the necessity of fulfilling the Minsk agreements, although everyone understands that to implement them is impossible.
