In modern society Smoking and drinking ceased to be something shameful. Now children start to smoke with 10-13 years and their parents can’t influence their choice, because they themselves generally have the same habit. The same goes for alcohol, if before the child could try champagne or a beer as soon as they become of age, now Teens pour their own parents, mistakenly believing that the child “try” at home and not going to repeat it on the street with peers.
In fact, children get used to alcohol and cigarettes, and then believe that the use of these products is normal. There comes a time when parents take the head and looking guilty that their children “went downhill”, though, are guilty of it.
Besides, the youth of today looks much older than the previous generation. Young people face such signs of premature aging, like baldness, yellowing of the skin, bags and dark circles under the eyes the appearance of a second or third chin, the weakening of potency, and the increase in the anterior abdominal wall to such an extent that from the outside it looks like a man pregnant.
The girls at quite a young age, wrinkles, and deep. Their skin becomes dull, because it lacks collagen.
Two main causes of premature aging
Danish scientists conducted a study, which concluded that Smoking and alcohol consumption above normal, but still too often, lead to rapid aging of the body and its organs.
In their experiment involved more than eleven thousand people. Participants were divided into two groups – one people continued to drink and smoke as before, another decided to say goodbye to these addictions.
After a few years, scientists have collected new survey from the participants in the experiment and were surprised that smokers and alcohol abuse men and women looked much older than his peers from the group of “abstainers”.
