The mayor of the regional center of Dergachi of Kharkov region Alexander Lissitzky died in a traffic accident.

The incident occurred in Dergachi near the plant on Railway street, where the utility recently planted birch.
According to preliminary information, 61-year-old driver of the car GAS tank and ran over the mayor of El Lissitzky by negligence. From the received traumas the victim died in the ambulance on the way to the 4th.
“The worker who is watered from a hose birch, asked the driver to drive forward to the next tree. Since it was hot outside, the hood of the car was raised. That is nothing the driver in front is not seen,” – said the NewsRoom Oleg Nikonenko, head of Department of preventive work of regional management of preventive activities of GU-Ukraine.
According to him, when a tanker truck began to drive forward, almost in the forehead, approached the vehicle, which left the mayor Oleksandr Lissitzky and went to meet him.
“The driver not seeing the pedestrian, made on him hitting,” said Nikonenko.
From the received traumas the mayor died on the way to the hospital.
On this fact openly criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 286 (violation of traffic safety or transport operation by the persons operating vehicles) the criminal code of Ukraine. The sanction of article provides from 3 till 8 years of imprisonment.
