The hero with a fatal accident in Kharkov can drop all charges. This opinion was expressed lawyer-criminologist Anna Painter.
According to Painter, experienced lawyers will be able for a few meetings to drop all charges against Alyona Zaitseva, because our shipping system is not perfect.
“Our criminal process and so on the side of the person who committed the crime. So, what happened today in court – there, something to work protection to Zaitseva, withdrew the accusation. And I think that it will be done,” – said the lawyer.
In addition, Anna the Painter advised the relatives of those killed and injured in the accident now to look for lawyers.
