Completed the fourth phase of the 104th version of the legendary French race.
Given the zero chance of separation, today was the lone brave man who decided to challenge the sprint teams. Guillaume van Keirsbilck from the “Wanty Groupe Gobert” at some point broke away from the main group in 13 minutes. However, with 17 km to go, the Belgian was forced to complete his solo escape.

Tomorrow the Tour de France on the first serious mountain test of the race, participants will overcome 160 kilometres from the summit finish of the first category La planche de Belle Filles.
