Dzerzhinsky city court of the Donetsk region has sentenced three militants of the “DNR”, which in 2014 for the active Pro-Ukrainian position has killed 16-the summer inhabitant of Kramatorsk Stepan Chubenko. Reports a press about it-service of Prosecutor’s office of Donetsk region, reports Grancia.info with reference to the Apostrophe.
During a pretrial investigation it was established that in the period from 22 to 28 July 2014 a group of unidentified persons upon a preliminary collusion with militants “DNR” Pogodin, V. V., Moskalev Yu. a. and Suhomlinova M. V., while in the village Kuznetsovo-Mikhaylovka Proletarian district of Donetsk, illegally deprived of liberty 16-year-old Stepan Chubenko.
28 Jul 2014 three of these fighters, determined to kill the kidnapped guy brought it to the pre-dug in the ground trench, made to kneel facing her and in turn made three shots in the head Chubenko.
The criminals were sentenced according to claim 3, 12 of part 2 of article 115 (premeditated murder of a kidnapped person committed on preliminary arrangement by group of persons) criminal code of Ukraine.
Dzerzhinsky city court sentenced three accused to life imprisonment.
In addition, each of the convicts obliged to pay the mother of the killed guy 1 million UAH.
Earlier the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko was posthumously awarded Stepan Chubenko.
