Presentation of the new supercar is scheduled for 6 November.
The Italian company has released the first image of its “supercar of the future.” Lamborghini has announced the premiere of a completely new prototype on 6 November in the framework of the EmTech conference in Cambridge. There will be presented the concept, developed in collaboration with Massachusetsky Institute of technology. The company posted teaser official Twitter.
The manufacturer keeps all the details secret, but earlier it became known that the Lamborghini Huracan is working on the next generation, which will be a plug-in hybrid. The Italians cooperate with Massachusetsky Institute of technology in the development of new composite materials, alternative energy sources and high-capacity batteries.
It is assumed that the hybrid supercar brand will be released in 2022, and receive solid-state batteries. In addition, a hybrid version is expected to get the crossover Lamborghini Urus, however, not immediately.
