Head of Department of winter kinds of sports Ministry of sports of Ukraine Danil Amirkhanov said that the preparation to the Olympics in 2018 has been allocated 120 million hryvnia.
In the Ministry of sports has analyzed the performances of athletes and divided them into three categories. The elite group included 15 men as well as the freestyler Alexander Abramenko. They get a lot more money on training than the other two groups.
Just for winter sports, the state has allocated 120 million, 6 million of them were sent to biathlon. In this sport, Ukrainians have the greatest success.
