The author of the video claims that Karoq will be a direct replacement for the Yeti. He also noted that the model is little more than Seat Ateca, with which the novelty will share the most part of components and assemblies. According to the author of the video, the premiere of the Skoda SUV will be held on may 18 at a special event in Swedish Stockholm.
Design Karoq, judging by the video, made in the style of the big crossover Skoda — Kodiaq. That successor Yeti will be similar to the flagship SUV in October 2016, before his conversion to BMW, said former chief designer of the Czech brand Jozef Kabaň.
