The Indian by the name Manprit Singh (Manpreet Singh) turned 21, but he looks like a six-month-old baby.
Villagers consider him a reincarnation of the Hindu God, but the doctors say that it is the disorder of the endocrine system.
“What a strange child?” — I will say most people, seeing pictures of Manprit Singh, a resident of the Indian state of Punjab. Actually this “child” is 21 years old, just his physical development, but a mystery to medicine way stopped when the Manprit was only 6 months.
The growth of the world’s smallest adult only 58 centimeters and a weight of 7 kg. He can’t talk and can’t walk. The parents of a young child was told that 6 months he was completely healthy until something did not happen. The doctors, who managed to see the strange child, think blame the failure of the thyroid gland.
In his native village in Punjab of Manprit Singh, a young man with a baby’s body, is considered a deity. The villagers come to him and ask for blessings, thinking that he was helping them. They bow to him and ask for help.
The lack of physical development of the 21-year-old boy in the body of 6-month-old baby remains unclear, as the family of Manprit Singh has no money for a full survey.
His parents, Jagtar Singh and Kaur Manjeet, saying their son was born healthy, but stopped growing when he was 6 months.
The boy tried to treat “different drugs”, which did not help. Now the only hope for parents are articles in the press which can draw to the problem attention of the public.

Says the mother of Manprit: “We took him to the doctors since birth, five-seven doctors told us that it can be cured by medicines. We gave him many medications, but nothing helped.”
“Among our relatives and guests, he is considered a God. From whom he will bless, to fulfill the desire. People do not bother my son because of the growth. We are not upset because of this. We all worship him. People love him very much. Every day they come to worship the son.”
