During the audit, the auditors warned of violations of the law and inefficient spending of 1.7 billion UAH
State audit service of Ukraine during the audit of major state enterprises in January – may 2017 warned law violations and ineffective spending in the amount of UAH 1.7 bn.
As reported on the website of the service, among the revealed infringements, the most common were the facts of nancilee penalties for violations by contractors of their obligations, payment of inflated amounts of executed works and services rendered, failure to meet the requirements of the legislation in the field of public procurement.
The service stressed that thanks to the recommendations of the auditors of the state company did not allow the illegal and inefficient spending of resources 885,9 million, and were eliminated competitive bidding for 47,9 million UAH.
