The state Duma may introduce “black lists” of passengers

The state Duma Committee on transport has developed amendments to the Air code of the Russian Federation, introducing “black lists” of air passengers.

Airlines are encouraged to bring citizens who violate “rules of conduct on Board” and created a “threat to flight safety, life and health of other persons or causing damage to their health.”

The individuals involved in such lists, the airline will during the three years of the date of violation to refuse the sale of tickets and transportation.
