Distribution certificate revoked due to violations of the current legislation.

The state Agency of Ukraine for the movie were cancelled by the state certificate for distribution and showing and cancelled the state registration of the television series “the Heart is not stone” (dir. D. Sorokin, Russia, 2012) and the TV films “And yet I love” (dir. S. Ginzburg, Russia, 2007) and “Tariff “Happy family”” (dir. A. Chebotareva, Russia-Ukraine, 2013).

“The decision was made based on the findings of the Expert Commission on distribution and screening of films at Goskino, article 15-1 law of Ukraine “On cinematography” and paragraph 12 of Regulations on the state certificate for distribution and demonstration of films, the approved resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 17 August 1998, No. 1315″, – stated in the message of the state on the page in Facebook.

It also reminds that in accordance with article 15-1 law of Ukraine “On cinematography” in Ukraine is prohibited distribution and demonstration of films containing promotion or propaganda organs of the aggressor state and their individual actions. This prohibition extends to the dissemination and exhibition of all films, regardless of country of origin manufactured after August 1, 1991.

We will remind, in April of 2016 in Ukraine entered into force amendments to the law “On cinematography”, according to which prohibited demonstration of Russian films, not only taken after January 1, 2014, but shown after this date. Earlier, the Cabinet of Ministers has authorized the State Agency for the movie to prohibit the showing of films with participation of actors recognized as persona non grata in Ukraine.
