The document was sent for signature to the President.
Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Andriy Parubiy has signed the law on amendments to Economic procedural code, Civil procedural code and the Code of administrative procedure.
This is evidenced by the visit of bill No. 6232 on the Parliament website.
It is noted that on 30 October, the document was forwarded to the President for signature Petro Poroshenko, which will have 15 days to approve it or veto.
We will remind, the law was adopted by Parliament on 3 October. The text of the bill took more than 800 pages and was razdelen into five separate documents. Parubiy said that this is the biggest bill in the history of the Ukrainian Parliament.
The bill, in particular, regulates the activities of the new Supreme Court as a single court of cassation in Ukraine, and a Supreme court for intellectual property.
National anti-corruption Bureau, called on the President to veto this law because of number of changes to the criminal procedure code.
