According to the version of the child’s mother, social worker and police, the weapon was used for self-defense.
According to the caseworker, the child’s father, who was in a state of alcoholic intoxication, began to beat him because of that and had to use a traumatic gun.
According to father, he never beat nobody and only wanted to persuade the caseworker to keep the child for the weekend. Caseworker shot him with rubber bullets in the leg, abdomen and groin. The father of the child with minor injuries were hospitalized.
