The attack happened around 19.00 in Pavlopol.
The separatists violated the agreement on ceasefire on the line of differentiation and fired several 120-mm mortars strengthening of the Ukrainian military near the settlement Pavlopol. About according to the summary of the headquarters of the antiterrorist operation on Monday evening, December 25.
According to staff, the fire occurred at about 19.00.
“Today, around 19.00 fighters flagrantly violated the Minsk agreement by applying for defence fortifications of the ATO forces in the area of Pavlopol 120-mm mortars. Five min in the direction of Ukrainian positions, the occupants were released from the temporarily occupied settlement Sosnovskoye”, – stated in the message.
Earlier in the headquarters said that for Monday in the area of the ATO for the first time since the Christmas truce wasn’t recorded any attack by militants.
Recall that the ceasefire in the ATO zone has been agreed for the period of Christmas and new year holidays from 00.00 on December 23.
We will note, participants of the trilateral contact group called for the introduction of disciplinary measures if the truce in the Donbas during the Christmas holidays will be violated.
