The situation in ATO given to the heavy weapons returned to the front

The OSCE continues to grapple with cases of obstructing access to places of withdrawal.

First Deputy head of the Special monitoring of the OSCE mission Alexander hug said that the heavy weapons not only withdrawn from the line of contact in Donbas, and formerly returned to the forefront.

In this regard, he lamented that the OSCE SMM continues to encounter cases of the obstruction of access to places of diversion of arms, “when the parties just don’t want to show us something.”

“On Friday the settlement Cromatiche controlled by “DPR” armed men carried out warning shots. In this village, our observers saw two howitzers. In the area Yasinovataya was shot down our drone, which recorded the presence of heavy weapons,” – he said.

Hug added that for the week of 31 times observers were restricted in movement, 9 times on the territories controlled by Kiev, 22 – in uncontrollable, “those responsible are not named and not punished.”
