The singer in a wheelchair will represent Russia at “Eurovision-2017”. Video

It became known according to results of the qualifying competition on “the First channel”.

Singer Yulia Samoylova will represent Russia at the international song contest “Eurovision-2017” which will take place this year in Ukraine, reported the First channel on Sunday.

The first channel showed the song “the Flame Is Burning” in English, which will go after the competition. The author of music and words of the song became Leonid Gutkin. He wrote songs for westnet competition — Polina Gagarina and Dina Garipova.

The girl is first group disabled and a wheelchair.

She was born in 1989 in the Republic of Komi. She has won and been a winner of various music competitions, was a finalist on the third season of the project Alla Pugacheva “factor a” in 2013. In 2014, Samoilova participated in the opening ceremony of the winter Paralympic games.
