The court sentenced Yudaeva, to eight years in prison, but immediately in the courtroom was released under the Amnesty.
In Kharkov Kiev district court sentenced four participants of capture of RSA in 2014 Sergey Yudaeva, Sergey Gaponov, Oleg Krutov and Denis Levchenko to 8 and 5 years of deprivation of freedom, after which one of them was released under Amnesty.
“Found guilty Yudaeva, Sergey Olegovich committing criminal offenses under part 1 article 294, part 3 of article 296 of the criminal code and sentenced him under article 294, part 1 article in the form of 8 years of imprisonment under part 3 of article 296 to five years of imprisonment. On the basis of part 1 of article 70 of the criminal code of Ukraine on set of crimes by absorption… finally appoint Yudaeva a penalty of imprisonment for 8 years. According to the publication, after the verdict, the defendant reported being unwell and asked to call an ambulance. Doctors also said that with Udevil all right.
As for Amnesty, in this part of the legislation use of such tool trial is not appealable.
Earlier it was reported that in October 2016 kodorosese activist, accused on the case about mass riots, the capture and burning of Kharkiv regional state administration Spartak Golovachev was released.
