New Putin’s dacha is a historic building, Villa Sellgren, built in the early 20th century.

“Beautiful three-storey house with terraces, summer gardens, with its own jetty. When this Villa was in good condition, it was used for filming,” says Navalny.
The Villa itself is a historic building, Villa Sellgren, built in the early 20th century. It is located on the island of a Boat near the town of Vyborg.
Villa for Putin began to reconstruct in 2011-2013, reports channel “Rain” in its investigation.
