Scientists have found a source of gold and silver in the Universe after observing the clash of a pair of neutron stars.
Such a stellar explosion, celonova, occurred in the constellation Hydra.
Observatory LIGO in the US could for the first time to capture the explosion of two neutron stars thanks to what became known during the creation of the greater part of the gold and silver space. Despite the fact that star faced about a hundred million light years from Earth, scientists have recorded the swaying of the antenna, which is sensitive to waves in the Universe. According to astrophysicists, kilanova and is the cause of the most part of heavy elements in the Universe. This is true not only of gold and silver, but uranium.
Experts examined the mass of fire caused by the explosion, and came to the conclusion that around stars formed dust cloud out of dust. Such a cloud is much thicker than the Earth. These conclusions that were reached and after the recording is sounding huge holes due to gravitational waves which originated fluctuations in the cosmic fabric.
