The main suspect is reported about suspicion.
The investor company “trade Commodity” Vladimir Trofimenko was notified of a suspicion under part 5 of article 191 of the Criminal code. About it informs the press service of NABOO.
16 Oct Trofimenko was detained in Kyiv and taken to NABOO on the street Surikova. It is one of the investors of LLC “trade Commodity”, a suspect in the embezzlement of UAH 149 million because of the scheme with the procurement of fuel.
“According to investigators, the detainee acting in collusion with officials of the Ministry of defense of Ukraine has committed a crime in which result the state suffered damage amounting to more than 149 million hryvnias. He reported on suspicion of committing a crime, qualified by part 5 of article 191 “Misappropriation, embezzlement of property or taking to them by abuse of official position”, – says in the message to NABOO.
It is noted that pre-judicial investigation on the specified facts the detectives NAB began in September of 2016.
