Until the end of 2024, all Russians will get round the clock access to their medical records in electronic form will be available via personal Cabinet on the portal of state Services, told the “Russian newspaper”, the Deputy Minister of health of the Russian Federation Elena Boyko.
“Access of every citizen to his electronic medical records should be ensured until the end of 2024,” — said, in particular, Boyko.
According to her, it is necessary to organize the work in medical information systems at the level of each region, and after completing their integration with the subsystems of the Unified state information system in healthcare.
It is essential that all medical organizations have been connected to a single digital circuit, began to create medical documents in a digital format, stored them and registered, transmitting information about their presence in the Federal information system, said the Deputy Minister.
Elena Boyko added that private institutions, too, will eventually be connected to them, given that many of them work on programmes of the state guarantees of rendering of medical aid.
