The inhabitant of the Saratov region of Russia was searched by bailiffs for unpaid debt in the amount of 815 thousand rubles.
By phone the debtor’s wife reported that he was dead, but it soon became clear that it is not.
Earlier the man ignored all demands for payment of debts, for which his car was arrested, and the debtor ordered to appear before the bailiffs. The man did not. On the phone, the woman who introduced the wife of the debtor, explained that the “husband is dead and already buried,” and also promised to provide a death certificate.
But during the RAID the staff of the CPS noticed the “late” debtor behind the wheel of other cars. This car was also arrested together with other property that will be evaluated and sold to repay the debt.
