In total, the Ministry of internal Affairs of Germany has a population of 950 people who threaten the security of the country, the newspaper said. But a third of these people have a German passport and can’t be expelled from Germany. Potential terrorists are those who, according to police, able to carry out the attack.

In January, the Ministers of justice and internal Affairs of Germany have agreed on simplification of the conditions for placement under deportation arrest potential terrorists. It happened after the terrorist attack on the Christmas market in Central Berlin, committed by a Tunisian citizen who requested political asylum in Germany and received from the authorities failure. During the investigation of the attack revealed that the offender was previously known to the police as the face of a potential threat to public safety.
