One in ten believes that in case of military attack to seek help from Russia was not one.
The Russians, who believe a real threat of a military attack on Russia, seeing potential aggressors the US (63%) and Ukraine (31%).

“A military threat is experienced by more than a third of Russians. Potential sources of aggression referred primarily U.S. (63% among those who believe that the threat of a military attack there is) and Ukraine (31%). Next on the list are NATO (7%), China (5%), UK (4%), ISIS (the terrorist group “Islamic state” banned in Russia – 4%), Syria (3%), Germany (3%) and other countries,” say the sociologists.
According to the study, allied support in a difficult situation respondents expect mainly from China (41%), Belarus (25%) and Kazakhstan (18%). Countries of the former USSR on the amount of responses, gaining about 20%. There are those who expect support from the United States and Ukraine (2%). While every tenth Respondent stated that to seek help in case of military attack of Russia was not one.
“Hope for the normalization of Russian-American relations, which appeared among our countrymen elected Donald trump President of the United States, is not justified. Toughening the anti-Russian course of the Kiev authorities is becoming more and more obvious form. In this unfavorable foreign background, the Russians tend to see the main military threat in the United States and Ukraine, and the help and support you expect from CSTO allies (Belarus and Kazakhstan) and privileged strategic partner – China,” – commented on the results of a survey of the General Director of VTSIOM Valery Fedorov.
A nationwide survey “polls-Sputnik” was held on 16-17 June 2017 among 1, 2 thousand respondents aged from 18 years. Method of research – telephone interview. The statistical error does not exceed 3.5%.
