Omsk regional court on Friday sentenced to long terms of imprisonment of a citizen of Kazakhstan and his accomplice for the brutal murder of a farmer whose body was fed to pigs, according to the Prosecutor’s office of Omsk region.
“The Omsk regional court has pronounced a sentence on criminal case concerning 40-the summer citizen of Republic of Kazakhstan and the 43-year-old resident of the Lyubinsky district of the Omsk region”, — stated in the message. The man received 17 years in prison of strict regime, and his accomplice, who have dependent minor children three to nine years in a General regime colony”, — is spoken in the message.
According to the Agency, knowing that living in the village of Bogolyubovka of lubinsky district, Omsk region, a lonely 57-year-old farmer has money, the man decided to attack him and to steal money. The woman offered to water the farmer.
“In the night of 14 February 2017, during joint drinking of alcohol, the convict strangled the victim, after which the attackers stole the house more than 200 thousand roubles which has spent for personal purposes. To conceal the Commission of a crime the man brought the dead body to a pig farm and fed to the pigs”, — reported in Prosecutor’s office.
About the loss of the farmer to the police a few days later, said his cousin. The suspects were established in the course of operational search activities, the involvement of such persons to commit the crime was established. The Ministry said that his guilt in committing crimes, both defendants admitted in part. They claimed to have stolen 200 thousand rubles and a few smaller.
