The Russian foreign Ministry has accused Washington of violating international law

Rocket attack Americans is a violation of the UN Charter, said the Russian foreign Ministry.

Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his Iranian counterpart Mohammad Javad Zarif stated that a missile attack of the US in Syria is a violation of international law.

“Such aggressive actions against sovereign independent state are a gross violation of international law, primarily the UN Charter, threaten regional security, undermine the fight against international terrorism”, – said Russian foreign Ministry’s website.

Recall that Russian President Vladimir Putin called the U.S. attack in Syria a violation of international law.

Also note that the April 12, Lavrov to meet with Rex Tillerson – chief of the US state Department. According to media reports, the Secretary of state will require Moscow to abandon support for Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.
