Ukrzaliznytsia has denied the information about the increase in the cost of tickets for passengers. Changing tariffs will affect only freight trains.

The statement noted that the rise in tariffs is expected only for freight transportation, resulting in “Ukrzaliznytsya” and going to about 7 billion of revenue in addition. These preliminary calculations contains the financial plan of the enterprise.
“The draft financial plan for 2017, which is being prepared for consideration by the management Board, not provided for indexation of tariffs for passenger transportation. The fare in trains of the internal messages the far is unchanged from July 2014,” – said the press service.
Earlier, PJSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” has reported that according to the financial plan of the enterprise, increase of tariffs for goods transport must begin the 1st of June 2017.
