In the village of nyzhnya Apsha in Transcarpathia found luxury homes that can be considered the biggest in the country.

The locals call this village, Transcarpathian “Koncha Zaspa”.
Nyzhnya Apsha is located two kilometers from Romania, and luxurious estates always amaze tourists an extraordinary scale. Hundreds of huge houses right by the road, most of them owned by local Romanians, the majority population of the Lower Apshi.
It is noted that such places are called elite cottage settlements. According to journalists, in some of these houses 60 rooms.
Locals told us that earned the money to build such housing, selling sunflower seeds and cheese.
