Today, December 20, will be held in Minsk this year’s last meeting of the trilateral (Ukraine, OSCE, and the occupant country Russia) contact group on the peaceful settlement in the Donbass, which Kiev will try to negotiate on the planned large exchange of hostages of the militants and the truce for the winter season. About it at himself in Facebook reminded the Ukrainian negotiator in the subgroup on safety issues Yevhen Marchuk, laying out the agenda in Minsk.

Negotiations scheduled for 09:15, Kyiv time.

“Watch that first question. I’m afraid that it is not occupied all the time of negotiations, not before 15:00 and till the night,” he said.

Before the meeting in the Belarusian capital Marchuk urged parties “not to forget that you take part in the international negotiations and not discussions during the roundtable or a talk show.”

Negotiators from Kiev, recalled that terrorist organizations DNR and LNR are not parties to the negotiations, “so I want Russia”. “They are attracted by the OSCE to negotiate, but only in the invited status. The same principle was officially transferred to all four working groups”, – he said.
