The Prosecutor’s office of ARC brought criminal case on the fact of raids by Russian security forces in Crimea and the death of a veteran of the Crimean Tatar national movement Vegie Porridge. This was announced on Thursday, November 23, the press service of the Prosecutor’s office.
“On 23 November in Simferopol, the representatives of the illegally established authorities in the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, on preliminary arrangement by group of persons by threat of use of weapons, tried to illegally imprison well-known Crimean Tatar activist Veggie Gruel, with the result that she became ill. After the ambulance took the victim, the latter died before reaching hospital”, – is spoken in the message of Prosecutor’s office.
