The General Prosecutor of Ukraine closed the criminal proceedings against Finance Minister Alexander danyluk.
This is stated in the document, a copy of which was made available to RBC-Ukraine.
“It is reported that by results of carrying out pre-judicial investigation in criminal proceedings No. 4217000000002147 from 04.07.2017 investigation Department for investigation of criminal proceedings in the sphere of economy of the division for investigation of particularly important cases in the economic sphere of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine 30.08.2017 the decision on closing of criminal proceedings on the basis of paragraph 2 part 1 article 284 of the CPC of Ukraine”, – the document says.
