Entered into force order of the Ministry of regional development, construction and housing, which simplifies the “building Amnesty”, the press service of the State architectural and construction inspection (EXTINGUISH).
Document approved changes to the procedure for conducting the technical examination and acceptance into operation of buildings, by class of liability refer to the objects with minor consequences (CC1) and built without permission for construction works.
“These changes are aimed at simplifying and speeding up the process of “building Amnesty”. Today, with applications to order excluded the relevance of the location of the construction object with requirements of state construction norms. Previously, such a stamp from the local authority for urban development and architecture was required”, – stated in the message.
Changes the possibility of application about acceptance in operation illegally constructed object and all required documents through the electronic system of declarative and licensing procedures in construction.
“We are working out technical issues about the possibility of submitting the relevant documents. There have also been other changes that have improved the shape of the relevant documents”, – concluded the GASI.
