In Belarus, the poverty line is 4.8% of the population. It follows from the data of the national statistics Committee for sample survey of households in terms of life in the fourth quarter of 2019. The average per capita disposable resources of these people were below the minimum subsistence budget. This figure is from November 1 last year has grown almost 232 rubles, and from 1 February this year — almost to 242 rubles.
