The police opened a case in connection with the “breakthrough” of Saakashvili in Ukraine

During the breakthrough of the injured 11 police officers.

In fact, the breakthrough policy of Mikheil Saakashvili to Ukraine through the border checkpoint “shehyni” in Lviv region police have contributed information in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations.

The event at the checkpoint police officers have qualified on the grounds of part 1. article 323 (illegal transportation of persons through the state border of Ukraine). The sanction of article provides imprisonment for the term from three to seven years, if these actions committed on preliminary arrangement by group of persons, reported in Department of communications of the police in Lviv region.

Also the police reported that during a break were injured 11 police officers.

“For medical assistance 11 police officers, five from which – employees of the patrol police and six soldiers of the regiment of special police. Doctors diagnosed them closed head injury and chest”, – stated in the message.
