The Shevchenkovsky district court of Kiev chose a measure of restraint in the form of house arrest three suspects during clashes in Sviatoshynsky district court, which occurred on the night of October 24. About it reports a press-service of Shevchenkovsky regional court of Kiev.
“By results of consideration of the petition for election measures of restraint in Chepelskogo E. Y. the suspect under part 3 of article 296, part 1 of article 343 of the criminal code of Ukraine applied house arrest from 22:00 to 07:00 hours”, – stated in the message.
To Isadora S. V., who is suspected under part 1 of article 194, part 3 of article 296, part 1 of article 343 of the criminal code of Ukraine applied the measure of restraint in the form of house arrest from 21:00 to 07:00.
To the third man – Turenko A., a suspect under part 3 of article 296, part 1 of article 343 of the criminal code, also apply house arrest.
As you know, on 21 October in Kiev, near the metro station “Akademgorodok” militiamen detained the commander of the volunteer battalion OUN Nikolay Kohanivsky after the shooting and collision with Ruslan Camalou in which both were injured.
October 23, the judge postponed the hearing for 9:00 Tuesday, and colleagues Kohanivsky required to immediately address the issue and release the leader of “Volunteerism OUN” from custody.
24 Oct Kohanivsky supporters barricaded themselves in the premises of Sviatoshynsky district court. Police force cleared the hall and arrested 30 activists.
25 Oct Svyatoshinsky district court of Kiev chose for the commander of the volunteer battalion OUN Nikolay Kohanivsky a measure of restraint in the form of a round-the-clock house arrest in the case of the shooting in the capital.
