The triumphant return of Verka Serduchka on stage Atlas Weekend 2017.
The first day of the festival Weekend Atlas was a landmark not only because it opened the biggest music event of the summer, but also because the highlight of the day was the performance of the brightest Ukrainian Stars.
Verka Serduchka after a four year break, with noise, smoke, sparkles and balls again burst onto the big stage. Enchanting live performance began with a toast dedicated to another festival on this day: “the day of the Constitution to the Verkhovna Rada was less prostitution,” said star.
This theatrical furor has passed the full lineup: trumpeters, ballet, musicians and of course the mother of the artist, who not only danced with Serduchka, but they came out to the audience, inviting them to “white dance” and leads the audience.
The festival founder Atlas Weekend Dmitry Sidorenko commented: “I was expecting a cool rock show, I got him. Still got a million SMS and phone calls from all the relatives, friends and acquaintances who, like me, were in awe of it all. My grandmother did not take her eyes off of the TV during the entire speech, and then told me he was proud of his grandson. I know many believed that Verka Serduchka is not a format Atlas Weekend, so I want to say this: Weekend Atlas is format. The main thing that it was a really good artist who can provide a quality live show of the European level. What actually did Verka Serduchka and we are once again convinced that Verka is a great Ukrainian actor European level”, – says Dmitry.
The performance of VERKA SERDUCHKA in the Atlas Weekend gathered 100 thousand people.
