The people of Kiev have to buy candy to get to the subway

Journalists have tested the new system fare on “Klovsky”.

Exactly a week ago in the Metropolitan subway station “Klovskaya” earned the first six machines selling disposable travel coupons with QR codes instead of chips, and the cashier at the station was closed. During this time new tickets has passed more than 10 thousand passengers. But not all citizens are happy to the innovation: many complain that to buy the ticket through the machine need only have small bills — in denominations of 1, 2 and 5 UAH or Bank card.

For example, the inhabitant of Kiev Tatyana Nikolaenko has experienced all the inconveniences of the lack of small bills. Did not save the girl, even a Bank card. “Stuff in my purse was out and I decided to pay off the card. Inserted the card, entered the pin, the money shot, but the ticket did not come out. “Your card is not working,” triumphantly declared the girl instructor at the station. But the money with the card I removed. Tried again, but the operation ended the same, with one difference… the card is broken,” wrote Tatiana in social networks. According to the townswoman, she took out the book of complaints, but the station did not miss.

“EXCHANGE NO.” So whether it is problematic to purchase a single ticket through the machine on “Klovsky”, “Today” has tested personally, having only the 50 and 20 hryvnia. At the station at the ticket machines a female instructor immediately disappointed that the machine large bills and not accepting their need to change, for example, in shops near the station. We did, however, break UAH 20 and especially 50 was not easy. In the stall next to metro money exchange us flatly refused, saying that such a request we call not the first. In the shop selling sweets right at the entrance to the lobby of the metro station “Klovska” for such requests from the passengers prepared for a long time, setting the label “Exchange.”

Word to “break” of 20 hryvnia had to buy a bottle of mineral water, received 10 hryvnia change, and then asking the shop to exchange us top ten. “If I told you the last little money to give, then I change buyers will not” — told us the seller, but, deciding to take pity on us, took out of the bag your wallet and held out two fives. “The last to give!” — said the woman. According to her, the flow of passengers who want to break large bills, has been simmering all day: “Someone just asks for money to smash other candies buy 2-3 of the hryvnia”.

COMPLAINTS. Procured finally the coveted small bills, the victorious go to the station, buy the voucher and please provide us the complaint book. After a couple minutes we brought out a big and thick notebook with white cover. In it we write down a wish metro management to solve the problem with the exchange of large bills from passengers.

To word such sentences in the book for the week has accumulated about a dozen. For example, one woman complained that could not get on time for work because of the money he had on himself only banknote 50 hryvnia. Employees of the station have complained that unhappy enough, and the book of complaints in recent years enjoyed great popularity. “Perhaps the issue with the exchange of money will decide and set spelautomat, or it will deal with the cashier,” said us Comptroller.

“Stock up!”

Test machines “Klovsky” will have two months to identify and eliminate defects. Passengers can leave their suggestions on the new machines on the metro page in social networks. As for the problems with the exchange of large bills, how and when to solve it is still unknown. “We will consider all the issues that arose from the passengers during operation of the new machines at the station “Klovska” — told us in the subway and added that asking all citizens to prepare for the trip well in advance, having only notes in denominations of 1, 2 and 5 hryvnia.
