In the report of the Special monitoring mission (SMM) of the OSCE said the separatists of the DPR did not allow observers to get to the Armory.
“The patrol, the SMM was not able to access the permanent storage of the arms of the DNI, as the security guard said he has no keys to one of the warehouses. SMM reported that SCCC”, – the report says.
Also unarmed separatists did not let the OSCE patrol on the territory temporarily occupied near Dokuchaevsk. About this incident the observers also reported to the Joint center for control and coordination (SCCC).
