Heavy weapons placed in violation of the withdrawal lines or out of storage locations.
The drone of the Special monitoring mission of the OSCE recorded 25 tanks and more than fifty of the enemy’s weapons in the direction of Lugansk. This was reported by observers hmm OSCE in the daily report.
March 14 SMM UAVs spotted the weapons are located in violation of the withdrawal lines: 16 self-propelled howitzers (2S1 Carnation 122 mm), 14 towed howitzers (D-30 “Frog”, 122 mm) and 3 anti-tank guns (MT-12 “rapier”, 100 mm) at the site near the settlement Buhaivka (37 km North-West of Luhansk); and 1 anti-tank gun (MT-12) around n of the item Perevalsk (38 km West of Luhansk).
March 17 SMM UAV short-range detected 6 tanks (probably T-64) and 1 self-propelled howitzers (2S3 “acacia”, 152 mm) in Lugansk. The weapons placed within the lines of drainage, but outside of dedicated weapons storage sites.
The report also added that the March 14 mini-UAV the SMM observed 11 tanks (T-64), including one without the barrel, at the site of a settlement Shymshynivka (27 km North-West of Luhansk); and 25 tanks (T-64), including one without the barrel, 9 mortars (2Б11 “Sunny”, 120 mm) and 4 anti-aircraft missile system (9K35) at the site of Buhaivka.
