Observers of mission of OSCE recorded that places the permanent storage of the withdrawn armed militants ORLO disappeared 3 reactive systems of volley fire BM-21, and in areas of ORDO – 11 MLRS, 14 self-propelled howitzers and 2 anti-tank guns.

“The SMM visited the permanent place of storage of the withdrawn heavy weapons “LC”, whose location corresponds to the withdrawal lines. The mission noted that 1 howitzer (2A65 “Msta-B”, 122 mm), 3 self-propelled howitzers (2S1 Carnation 122 mm), 5 towed howitzers (D-30 “Frog”, 122 mm) and 1 MLRS (BM-21) was still absent,” the report says.
In addition, observers for the first time recorded in the storage areas, the availability of new pieces of weapons.
23 August outside the government’s control areas outside the lines for withdrawing the observers recorded 1 tank of unknown type, which stood on the site in the settlement of Peace.

“Observers denied access to one of the locations designated heavy weapons”, – stated in the mission.
“On August 23 in the government-controlled areas, the Mission observed the presence of 10 reactive systems of volley fire (MLRS; BM-21 “Grad” 122 mm) at the site near Crystal city, which is a violation of the withdrawal lines. August 24, the team SMM saw a tank (T-64; equipped for mine), near the village Nikishin,” – noted in mission.
Also on August 24 the government-controlled Kramatorsk, the mission observed a display of military vehicles including 1 tank (T-64 “Bulat”), 3 anti-aircraft missile system (9K37 “Buk”; 9К33 “Wasp”; 9K35 “Strela-10”), 3 self-propelled howitzers (2S1; 2S3 “acacia”, 152 mm; 2S5 “Giatsint-B” 152 mm), 1 artillery gun (2A65) and 1 anti-tank gun (MT-12 “rapier”, 100 mm).
