Russian officers stopped performing their duties in five offices of the Joint center for coordination and control.
Special monitoring mission of the OSCE confirmed the release of the Russian side of the Joint center for control and coordination (JCCC) of the ceasefire and stabilization of the line of contact in Donbas. This is stated in the report, published on Tuesday, December 19.
“In the Donetsk region, the SMM confirmed the message that in 5 offices JCCC members of the Armed forces of the Russian Federation at the JCCC has ceased to perform his duties. 18 December, observers called on the service phone numbers JCCC in “DPR” – controlled village of Aleksandrovka and Yasynuvata, and told them the persons who were presented by the staff “of the Ministry of emergency situations”, – said the OSCE.
According to the report, “in “DPR” – controlled city of debaltseve in a phone call to the Mission said the person who was presented by the representative of the “LPR” in the “contact group”.
