OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier condemned the decision of the President of Russia on the recognition of documents issued by militants in the occupied territories.
He told about it in interview “Radio Freedom”.
He noted that this decision will impede the strengthening of the truce in the Donbass. In his opinion, it is a step backwards from the goal to stop the war in the Donbass.
The Zannier stressed that the recognition of such “documents” are, of course, means the recognition of those who issue them.
