The Ombudsman told why you should not go to Russia

Ukrainian official recommends to refrain from trips to a neighboring country.

Leaving to work in Russia for citizens of Ukraine is a threat.

This opinion was expressed by the Parliament Commissioner for human rights Valeria Lutkovska.

She noted that currently advises about a hundred people who have applied in connection with the fact that he went to work after the announcement, and then ended up behind bars.

According to the Ombudsman, it is necessary to raise awareness about the risks for the citizens of Ukraine related to travelling to Russia.

“Of course, Yes, money, the economic situation in the state. But it’s dangerous if you go to the territory of the Russian Federation, you should understand the risks,” she added.
